It is a wall level installed hatch made out steel. It pulls open from the exterior of your house wherever you install it, which then is when your deliveries will be slipped through which will immediately drop onto a metal slate in the interior side of your house. Lastly, what makes this product so unique is that we have a code entry so when ordering something you put in the instructions the code for the delivery.
